This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop a client Copilot agent from the ground up

• Ensure the Copilot agent is secured appropriately

• Integrate the agent with business systems

• Resolve issues independently

• Provide training to client staff

• Conduct AI governance workshops

• Assume the role of Elevate's AI practice lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT or technical positions, possessing extensive technical knowledge and robust troubleshooting abilities

• 3 to 5+ years of practical experience in AI, automation, or similar technologies, with hands-on expertise in utilizing AI tools and implementing automation solutions

• Open-minded and flexible, capable of taking on various roles, including supporting the helpdesk team and managing support tickets when necessary

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly within the M365 Admin Center

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including the processes of building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Copilot agents, as well as addressing issues with other AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT

• Solid understanding of AI security and risks related to data leakage

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and sensitivity labels

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint security

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID

• Capability to connect agents to business systems through APIs and Power Automate

• Skill in conducting client workshops, training sessions, and AI readiness evaluations

• Ability to produce professional documentation, governance policies, and best practices

• Excellent English communication skills, adept at comprehending client needs, articulating technical solutions clearly, and collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments (preferred)

• Knowledge of PowerShell and Python (preferred)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API (preferred)

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / knowledge-base solutions (preferred)

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) certification (preferred)

• Security certifications (preferred)
