Photoshop Specialist, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models on practical design scenarios and technical inquiries related to Photoshop.

• Ensure factual correctness and logical workflow.

• Capture and document reproducible error traces.

• Record instances of model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge language models on sophisticated Photoshop subjects to assist in generating high-quality AI training data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop.

• Experience in photo editing, photo compositing, photomanipulation, photo retouching, color correction, color grading, layer masking, smart objects, adjustment layers, blend modes, filters, typography, and digital illustration.

• Familiarity with non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Professional experience utilizing Photoshop.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Coursework in Photoshop or related topics is a plus.
