GM, AI Compute

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the positioning, roadmap, and outcomes for the customer aspect of a new compute product.

• Manage developer adoption, from initial discovery and self-service signup to active usage.

• Implement and assess go-to-market strategies to generate demand.

• Determine the next products to sell and identify the target audience.

• Oversee messaging, marketing efforts, and the product website.

• Collaborate with engineering on requirements, product launches, and success metrics.

• Operate the customer side of the new compute product as if it were a startup within Archera, handling positioning, developer adoption, go-to-market strategies, and messaging.

• Report directly to the product leader and maintain close collaboration with the CEO and engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product, growth, or go-to-market roles focused on technical products.

• Proven track record of taking a developer-facing platform from inception to launch and growth, with genuine go-to-market responsibility.

• Experience in a GM, founder, or early product lead role.

• Ability to write positioning and customer-facing content independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with GPUs, AI compute, and token-based pricing is a plus.

• Background in AI compute, GPU cloud, or inference services is advantageous.

• Experience with usage-based pricing models is beneficial.
