AI Creative Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients on live projects to define, develop, and deliver tailored automations and agents integrated into their teams and tools, or on Superside's platform.

• Tailor central automations to align with each customer's brand, tools, and workflows.

• Transform recurring customer requests into efficient systems.

• Manage the automation roadmap for the studio, determining which repetitive requests transition from project tasks to automated solutions.

• Establish quality standards for each automation, including the necessary human quality verification.

• Relay customer requirements and reusable components back to the Product team while incorporating platform capabilities into client projects.

• Clarify each system to customers and provide training for their teams to operate it effectively.

• Document all developed systems and share them through presentations so that every studio can benefit from them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in agencies or in-house creative teams, ideally with a focus on design systems or creative technology.

• Strong creative judgment with the ability to establish quality benchmarks for automation.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools and agents in real-world applications, including workflows, agents, prompts, and integrations, with proof of completed projects.

• A versatile skill set: capability to brief, create, develop, and deliver across various formats or channels.

• A commitment to documenting and sharing work effectively.

• A proactive mindset; capable of progressing from concept to final output independently, without needing handoffs or a predefined guide.

• A collaborative approach, working closely with both the Product team and the studio team.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
