Senior AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement AI agents utilizing specialized platforms and tools.

• Connect AI agents with external systems, which include APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.

• Enhance performance via prompt tuning, configuration modifications, and ongoing monitoring.

• Collect technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• Execute demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects to showcase solutions and obtain feedback.

• Organize and monitor projects, ensuring completion within set deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.

• Assist clients in the adoption of AI solutions by offering technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong background in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.

• High proficiency in Python and Golang.

• Experience in integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.

• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficient in advanced conversational English.

• Practical experience with Generative AI.

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Understanding of frameworks for developing AI agents.

• Experience with Function Calling and intelligent-agent orchestration.

• Background in digital transformation and AI-based automation projects.

• Experience in agile, cross-functional environments.
