Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create intelligent AI systems for IT Operations, service management, incident resolution, and workflow automation.

• Develop agents that can reason, plan, utilize tools, orchestrate, and execute tasks autonomously, incorporating suitable human-in-the-loop controls.

• Establish integrations with enterprise IT systems, including ServiceNow, monitoring and observability platforms, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, APIs, and databases.

• Create voice bots and conversational AI solutions for IT support and operational workflows, encompassing speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, and text-to-speech pipelines.

• Design multi-step workflows for incident triage, diagnosis, resolution, ticket automation, knowledge retrieval, and proactive IT operations.

• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail mechanisms to guarantee that agents are accurate, reliable, secure, and ready for production.

• Enhance models and agent workflows to improve latency, cost-efficiency, reliability, and business impact.

• Transition solutions from prototype to production, including APIs, deployment, observability, testing, and continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience with Python and production backend systems.

• Practical experience in building LLM / Generative AI applications and agentic workflows.

• In-depth understanding of LLM APIs, tool/function calling, RAG, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.

• Experience in integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications.

• Familiarity with voice AI / conversational AI, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice-agent architectures.

• Proficiency with one or more agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

• Strong awareness of production considerations such as evaluation, observability, security, failure handling, latency, and cost optimization.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, Docker, and CI/CD.

• Capability to translate ambiguous business and IT challenges into actionable AI-powered solutions.
