Senior Agentic AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement Moveworks use cases, custom actions, and automated workflows utilizing Moveworks Agent Studio.

• Create and establish integrations between Moveworks and enterprise SaaS platforms, such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Okta.

• Develop REST API integrations and middleware solutions employing OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication protocols.

• Deliver Level 3 production support, investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and apply permanent fixes.

• Enhance AI virtual agent performance and conversational flows through data analysis, testing, and leveraging knowledge-driven and generative AI capabilities.

• Collaborate in Agile sprints with the Technical Platform Owner, ServiceNow development teams, and global internal stakeholders.

• Provide user stories and technical requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation, engage in code reviews, and carry out release validation activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise application development.

• Strong practical expertise in JavaScript and JSON formatting.

• Experience in designing and developing integrations, as well as building REST API integrations.

• Hands-on experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Proven experience in providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting intricate enterprise software issues.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Must reside in Poland with full authorization to work locally.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio or implementations of the Moveworks platform.

• Experience with ServiceNow application development, integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), or HR service delivery processes is a plus.

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams platform development, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services.

• Familiarity with AI-driven employee experience platforms, virtual agent technologies, or conversational AI is advantageous.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications or qualifications related to Azure Large Language Models (LLMs) are preferred.
