Senior Agentic AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and manage intelligent workflows and conversational agents on a large scale.

• Design and implement conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and tailored Python architectures.

• Integrate AI agents and automated workflows with enterprise data ecosystems, particularly Snowflake and SharePoint.

• Architect and maintain resilient, large-scale cloud infrastructures on Azure.

• Oversee deployments through CI/CD pipelines employing YAML and GitOps methodologies.

• Formulate monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies using Splunk to assess agent performance, latency, and operational bottlenecks.

• Utilize Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to expedite coding, enhance code quality, and set team best practices.

• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance.

• Engage in client discussions and propose emerging AI technologies.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of mission-critical AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles with proven impact at an enterprise level.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Python development, creating robust backend services, APIs, and data integrations.

• More than 2 years of experience in designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.

• Demonstrated experience in building agentic workflows or AI pipelines, incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business operations.

• Strong cloud expertise, particularly in Azure; AWS experience is a plus.

• Experience in integrating applications or agents with Snowflake.

• Proven track record in establishing high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems, such as Splunk, with multi-region ingestion and automated reporting.

• Daily active user of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, and ChatGPT.

• Bilingual in English.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, artifacts, and YAML is desirable.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen is a plus.

• Experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards is advantageous.
