Senior Affiliate Manager – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Manage, nurture, and expand affiliate partnerships.

• Ensure affiliates are consistently informed and supported.

• Supervise the onboarding and integration process for new affiliates.

• Track affiliate performance and produce reports on traffic, conversion, and ROI.

• Analyze affiliate outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, optimize campaigns, and identify scaling opportunities.

• Conduct research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Resolve affiliate-related issues and provide prompt solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates.

• Regularly assess and refine affiliate communication and management procedures.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

• Assist EverAI in scaling Candy AI, the world's largest AI companionship platform, from 50 million users towards 100 million and beyond.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for making data-driven decisions.

• Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategies across SEO, media buying, paid social, and other channels.

• High proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and additional reporting systems.

• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Capability to enhance processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset; able to balance execution, planning, and strategy effectively.

• Humble, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.

• Flexible and comfortable with rapid reprioritization.

• Willing to promote products based on uncensored models and content.

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers.

• Skilled in managing affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops.

• Proven experience in scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.

• Knowledgeable in funnel optimization and A/B testing.

• Experience with subscription-based business models.

• Familiar with fraud prevention techniques.

• Willingness and capability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.

• Legally authorized to work in the current country of residence.
