Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily operations of the Tradeify 247 affiliate program, which includes onboarding, communication, and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners.

• Discover, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates, such as influencers, communities, and introducing partners in the realms of crypto and forex trading.

• Establish and oversee commission structures, payout schedules, and special arrangements in collaboration with the finance team.

• Track channel performance metrics, including registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, and CPA, and provide regular reports on these metrics.

• Enhance the program through the introduction of new offers, promotions, tiering, and creative assets informed by data analysis.

• Provide affiliates with marketing resources, tracking links, and product updates, while conducting regular check-ins and partner events.

• Assess affiliate activity for quality and potential fraud, and ensure adherence to program terms.

• Ensure that partner marketing aligns with company guidelines and relevant financial promotion regulations, in collaboration with compliance teams.

• Keep abreast of competitor programs and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in managing affiliate or partner programs, preferably in crypto, forex, prop trading, or other financial services or fintech sectors.

• Practical experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, Income Access, or similar tools).

• Strong analytical capabilities with a comfort level in handling performance data and reporting.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with financial marketing compliance requirements.

• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

• Established connections with affiliates or KOLs in the crypto or trading sectors (desirable).

• Background in retail trading, prop trading, or the crypto industry (desirable).

• Awareness of CRM and marketing automation tools (desirable).

• Experience organizing affiliate events or participating in industry expos (desirable).
