Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee, nurture, and expand relationships with affiliates.

• Ensure affiliates are consistently updated and supported.

• Manage the onboarding process and facilitate seamless integration of new affiliates.

• Track affiliate performance and provide reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Analyze outcomes, pinpoint areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and discover scaling opportunities.

• Conduct research to recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Address and resolve affiliate-related issues promptly.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels and enhance conversion rates.

• Regularly assess and enhance affiliate communication and management processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a knack for making data-driven decisions.

• Advanced understanding of digital marketing techniques and strategies across SEO, media buying, paid social, and other channels.

• High proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and various reporting systems.

• Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to enhance processes for improved performance efficiency and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong communication and collaborative abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive doer capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategic thinking.

• Humble, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable promoting products based on unrestricted models and content.

• Experience with intricate affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers.

• Proven experience in managing affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume declines.

• History of scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.

• Knowledgeable in funnel optimization techniques and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models.

• Understanding of fraud prevention strategies.
