Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current affiliate partnerships

• Attract and nurture new affiliates and business collaborators

• Track traffic, conversions, ROI, affiliate effectiveness, and campaign outcomes

• Evaluate the profitability at the affiliate level and the performance of the sales funnel

• Refine campaigns to boost commercial success and conversion rates

• Persistently enhance affiliate processes and communication strategies

• Keep an eye on and react to fluctuations in traffic and conversion metrics

• Facilitate the growth of the affiliate program through data-informed strategies

• Spot opportunities to enhance acquisition efficiency across pertinent channels

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management

• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking

• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding affiliate partnerships

• Experience in identifying and onboarding new affiliates and assessing affiliate profitability

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting tools

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, media buying, paid social, SEO, and performance marketing

• Strong commercial awareness and a performance-oriented mindset

• A proactive and hands-on approach with a high sense of ownership

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities swiftly

• Comfortably engage with and advertise uncensored / NSFW products and content
