
Senior Adobe Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Take ownership of delivery strategies across various client accounts and scopes simultaneously.
β’ Establish priorities and resolve conflicts arising from competing timelines.
β’ Act as the primary senior point of contact for project health, timeline management, and status updates.
β’ Create, maintain, and proactively modify project timelines as necessary.
β’ Identify risks and adjust priorities as deadlines and client requirements evolve.
β’ Lead diverse and multicultural teams, including internal stakeholders, Product Managers, and external partners in UX, wireframing, and visual identity.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clients in Latin America, tailoring communication and delivery to regional and cultural specifics.
β’ Perform visual and functional quality assurance on Figma files.
β’ Oversee workflows in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud.
β’ Anticipate downstream effects and highlight risks prior to escalation.
β’ Negotiate timelines, scopes, and priorities with stakeholders and agency partners.
β’ Adjust to changing priorities, client demands, and organizational transformations.
β’ Extensive Project Management experience at a lead level, surpassing Senior role qualifications.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple clients/projects at the same time.
β’ Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, in written and spoken forms.
β’ Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud is a must.
β’ Proven track record of managing several clients and scopes concurrently.
β’ Experience in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
β’ Background in working specifically with clients from Latin America.
β’ Familiarity with Figma, including practical experience in visual and functional QA.
β’ Experience in creating and maintaining project timelines within fast-paced, multi-client settings.
β’ Professional fluency in Portuguese is a bonus.
β’ Strong adaptability, flexibility, communication, and negotiation skills across diverse cultures and stakeholder levels.
