Senior Admissions Advisor – US Market, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled consultations lasting between 20 to 35 minutes with prospective students.

• Evaluate applicants' backgrounds, aspirations, and preparedness, providing honest advice regarding programme suitability.

• Clarify tuition and payment options available.

• Address concerns related to cost, timing, family considerations, and confidence.

• Follow up with undecided applicants until they finalize their decisions.

• Confirm upcoming appointments to enhance attendance rates.

• Maintain up-to-date applicant records in the CRM system.

• Allocate approximately 80% of time to scheduled inbound consultations and 20% to following up, confirming appointments, and responding to inquiries between calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years experience in admissions, enrollment, or education sales, working with students in the US or Canada.

• Proven track record of achieving enrollment or financial targets.

• Proficient in selling, engaging in substantial conversations, identifying applicant needs, addressing objections related to cost, timing, and confidence, and asking for a decision.

• Open to weekly coaching and capable of applying feedback immediately.

• Fluent in English with a natural conversational style.

• Availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.

• Professional video setup required: 1080p webcam positioned at eye level, headset with dedicated microphone, a tidy and uncluttered background, and appropriate front-facing lighting.

• Reliable wired broadband connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, along with a mobile hotspot as a backup.

• Disciplined in CRM practices, ensuring all conversations are logged and every opportunity is up to date.
