Senior Accounts Receivable Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute prompt and precise billing and collection of payments from insurance providers, agencies, and other entities.

• Manage billing and collection tasks related to equipment and services offered by Providence Home and Community Care Services and Home and Community Services.

• Provide support for service lines such as Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care, Alaska Ancillary, Cash Posting, and Self-Pay.

• Collaborate within the Providence Revenue Cycle Business Services team.

• Carry out reimbursement and collection procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in healthcare billing and follow-up, emphasizing reimbursement and collections.

• Familiarity with insurance contracts and/or Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

• Completion of college-level courses in medical front office or medical billing is preferred.

• Experience with Point Click Care, ECS, or MatrixCare is preferred.

• Previous billing experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care is preferred.
