This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage a substantial volume of out-of-balance adjustments and refunds within designated timelines.
• Perform research and communications while adhering to departmental standards and quality expectations.
• Assist with inventories and report any variances that may raise concerns.
• Adhere to the standard operating procedures set by the department for all tasks.
• Address aged accounts receivable in line with the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Recognize issues and patterns with assigned payers.
• Collaborate with leadership and partner teams to guarantee precise and prompt remittance processing.
• Handle accounts receivable transactions in Cash Applications, Cash Posting, and Negative Balances.
• Achieve weekly and monthly production targets.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance, claims, explanation of benefits, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Preferred experience in Labcorp Revenue Cycle Management.
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers effectively.
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely remittance processing.
• Independently manage time and tasks while maintaining productivity levels.
• Meet established weekly and monthly production goals.
• Remain adaptable to changing priorities.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am EST to 5pm EST during training.
