Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete accounts receivable process to guarantee prompt and precise invoicing.

• Implement customer-focused collection strategies utilizing NetSuite and Tesorio.

• Process and record ACH, wire, credit card, and Stripe payments.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to unapplied cash, chargebacks, and short payments.

• Generate credit and debit memos while overseeing customer credit holds and limits.

• Examine accounts receivable trends, aging reports, collections performance, and essential metrics.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and reconcile accounts related to AR.

• Utilize NetSuite and SuiteBilling to carry out billing operations, troubleshoot problems, and enhance processes.

• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, billing support, and SOX documentation.

• Leverage AI and automation to optimize AR workflows and enhance forecasting accuracy.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Account Managers, and Sales Operations teams.

• Function efficiently in a fully remote work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a similar role.

• Significant experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach to collections.

• Capacity to work independently and thrive in a remote work setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing is preferred.

• Comfortable with adopting AI and automation tools.

• Must successfully pass a federal, state, and county background check.

• Completion of a local in-person verification is required.
