Client Accounts Receivable Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Facilitate TreviPay's Standard Operating Procedures to enhance B2B collection initiatives.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Handle incoming calls, initiate outbound calls, and address customer inquiries.

• Achieve or surpass departmental KPIs, including the past-due rate.

• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer/client inquiries.

• Offer payment history and open invoice details while navigating core systems.

• Identify root causes to assist customers in achieving long-term success.

• Engage with internal teams, external clients, customers, and merchants.

• 0–1 years of experience preferred.

• Capacity to multitask and make routine decisions.

• Ability to work swiftly and accurately at the same time.

• Capability to meet deadlines.

• Strong customer-centric focus and a professional demeanor.

• Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.

• Positive attendance record, dependability, and reliability.

• Skill in assessing, prioritizing, and balancing daily workload.

• Proficient in Windows applications, including Outlook, intermediate Word, and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to listen with empathy.

• High School/College/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
