📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate medium- to high-complexity accounting processes in alignment with CPC/IFRS standards.

• Confirm monthly closings and maintain accounting records.

• Conduct analyses related to the computation of IRPJ and CSLL under the Actual Profit (Lucro Real) tax framework.

• Create and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.

• Assist clients and engage in technical meetings and external audits.

• Foster the professional growth of junior analysts by sharing expertise and best practices.

• Detect discrepancies and opportunities for enhancing accounting processes and controls.

• Take part in system implementation, standardization, and accounting transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Extensive experience in accounting.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting closings, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Familiarity with companies operating under the Actual Profit (Lucro Real) tax regime, including analyses concerning IRPJ and CSLL.

• Proficient understanding of Brazilian and international accounting standards (CPC/IFRS).

• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as TOTVS, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated technical independence, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for supporting clients and collaborating with remote teams.

• Background in accounting firms, BPO, or outsourcing environments.

• Experience with medium-sized and large enterprises.

• Exposure to external audits.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, or Taxation.

• Proficiency in English for client engagement and international dealings.

• Experience in process enhancement and system implementation.
