This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and nurture relationships with outsourcing clients while managing a portfolio of clients and business.
• Offer ongoing daily and weekly transactional support, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card imports, and management of consultant invoices.
• Deliver month-end closing services, which include reconciliations, tracking of fixed assets, and accounting for loans.
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, which includes project entry, billing, and related reporting.
• Resolve financial discrepancies by conducting research and analysis of accounting data.
• Identify underlying issues and suggest solutions for both client and firm challenges.
• Engage in the onboarding process for new CAS clients.
• Enhance client and firm processes for improved profitability and communicate recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor while adhering to service standards.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with clients.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to foster team success.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Oversee client projects with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Billing.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire accounting cycle, from data entry to the preparation of financial statements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting at or above the staff accountant level.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Prior experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm.
• Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Proficient in interacting with individuals at all levels and across various practice areas within the organization.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with critical thinking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
