This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate financial statements for the Reliant / Cost Containment business division

• Report directly to the Vice President of Finance – Cost Containment

• Oversee the monthly closing process, which includes calculating and posting monthly revenue and commissions, coordinating the recording of COGS and operating expenses, and conducting flux/trend analysis

• Record cash activity on a daily or semi-daily basis

• Issue monthly billing statements

• Allocate cash and oversee accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts

• Assist with the annual audit

• Conduct FP&A and other corporate finance responsibilities

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Finance

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting OR experience in private company accounting with comprehensive financial statement responsibilities is preferred

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting standards, and financial reporting

• Solid technical accounting skills, including the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting guidance

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial information

• A collaborative team player with a mindset focused on continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required; CPA designation is preferred

• Experience with Sage Intacct or other financial reporting software is preferred

• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred
