This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial reporting framework and general ledger architecture.

• Ensure the precise and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Assist external tax agents with GST, VAT, WHT, corporate income tax returns, and other statutory submissions.

• Support daily INFOR ERP operations, which include journal entries, cash postings, intercompany billings, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and oversee monthly balance sheet schedules.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, business units, and outsourced service providers to address accounting challenges.

• Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Create and implement processes, procedures, and system enhancements to bolster internal controls and enhance efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

• A minimum of six years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance, ideally within a multinational context.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.

• CPA or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience with INFOR and ERP transformation or migration projects is preferred.

• Experience in the CRO industry or a similar healthcare/life sciences setting is preferred.
