Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare global monthly, quarterly, and consolidated reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of reporting.

• Research and provide guidance on complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation, and business acquisitions.

• Take ownership of revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve.

• Oversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, leases, and equity plans.

• Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

• Support the annual financial statement audit, which includes oversight of third-party subject matter experts and collaboration with the external audit firm.

• Supervise GAAP adjustments, monitor changes in GAAP, and implement best practices.

• Review commission calculations and accruals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

• CPA certification is required.

• 2–3 years of experience, ideally in the SaaS industry.

• Experience with global operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to manage tight deadlines effectively.

• Strong teamwork skills are essential.
