Intercompany Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Handling intercompany transactions

• Conducting account reconciliations and probing discrepancies

• Preparing and executing accounting eliminations for month-end and year-end closures

• Continuous collaboration with affiliated companies

• Coordinating and collaborating with Group Reporting interfaces

• Supporting 1KOMMA5°’s objective to install renewable energy systems and smart energy management solutions, linking them to the electricity market via Heartbeat AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or accountant) or a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in a corporate, multi-entity, or shared services environment

• Strong practical experience with intercompany transactions and closing procedures

• Proficiency in DATEV

• Openness to and practical experience with modern AI tools and software-supported workflows

• Good command of Microsoft Excel

• Business-fluent German at C-level proficiency

• Willingness to travel occasionally for company-wide team events
