This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in daily communication with both internal and external clients.
• Maintain a high volume of activity via phone and email through the CRM system.
• Research, identify, and seize profitable opportunities.
• Provide explanations and consultations to customers regarding fees, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot and assist customers during service disruptions.
• Foster positive and supportive customer experiences.
• Build partnerships with key executives and decision-makers within customer accounts and territories.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and other support teams.
• Navigate and utilize carrier systems and websites effectively.
• Acquire and apply carrier-specific knowledge.
• Manage escalated customer service issues, including delayed or missing/damaged packages or freight, rating, BOL/label creation, reconsignments, freight classification, pickup scheduling, and product knowledge.
• Advise customers on how to avoid service disruptions, understand carrier nuances, and stay informed about current industry standards.
• Prior experience working directly with customers.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various levels.

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or other related fields is preferred.

• Strong skills in prioritization, organization, and time management.
• Consistent Monday to Friday work schedule, with no weekend commitments.
