Senior Account Manager – Rental Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Supervise guest interactions while adhering to a strict ten-minute response time policy.

• Oversee cleaning reports and assess property images against established SOP standards.

• Enhance workflows and develop new SOPs aimed at boosting operational efficiency and scalability.

• Facilitate communication with property owners and uphold professional relationships.

• Allocate about one hour each day to additional sales initiatives.

• Implement “Think Like An Owner” projects to enhance profitability and improve guest satisfaction.

• Track and report team performance relative to base KPIs and the “Focus of the Month.”

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in Real Estate or Hospitality.

• Demonstrated expertise in Objection Handling and high-level negotiation skills.

• Native-level proficiency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace.

• Must be available to work a strict schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

• Background in Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, and conducting Discovery Calls is essential.

• Proficient in using Slack and Monday.com.

• Previous experience in the short-term rental or vacation rental sector is required.
