
Senior Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take full ownership of delivering high-budget, intricately designed influencer marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Manage demanding clients by implementing tailored processes and strategies.
• Lead problem-solving discussions, navigate influencer challenges, direct conversations, and engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Respectfully push back on client requests while offering alternatives or recommendations.
• Directly address scope creep with clients in alignment with management.
• Oversee outreach, negotiate rate approvals, manage contracts, provide briefings, review content, and report on multi-platform campaigns.
• Create and consistently track workback schedules, client-facing influencer trackers, and internal budget management.
• Handle complex partnerships with mega and celebrity-level talent.
• Assess contract redlines and propose suitable paths forward.
• Anticipate potential issues, implement proactive solutions, and identify optimization opportunities during campaigns.
• Develop performance reports, connect results to strategic goals, identify upsell opportunities, and lead reporting discussions.
• Recognize ROI risks on high-budget influencer investments and negotiate to safeguard budgets.
• Mentor Associate and Junior Account Managers on execution, problem-solving, and advanced AI methodologies.
• Contribute to and apply best-in-class processes and industry insights.
• Prepare client agenda slides and distribute them prior to meetings.
• Coordinate updates on paid media, creative, and performance metrics.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Market Insights, Creative, and Client Partner teams.
• Manage cross-functional timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and campaign updates to ensure programs remain on track and exceed SOW objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-budget, complex influencer campaigns with limited supervision.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large-budget accounts ($1M+ per quarter) and maintaining strong client relationships with high retention rates.
• In-depth expertise in both paid and earned influencer channels.
• Proficient hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
• Advanced fluency in contract negotiations, including evaluating redlines.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Familiarity with influencer management tools such as CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in advanced AI techniques, including prompt manipulation and training others in these skills.
• Additional experience in paid social amplification, cross-channel integration, and performance reporting is advantageous.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Word, and project management tools like Asana.
• This role is remote and available within the United States or Canada.
