This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of vital client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and effective program delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact on a daily basis, fostering trusted relationships and proactively seeking growth opportunities.
• Oversee project planning and execution, including scope development, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, reporting, and post-program recaps, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to produce integrated, high-quality work that meets or surpasses objectives.
• Manage multiple simultaneous client initiatives, prioritizing effectively while ensuring consistent quality, communication, and execution across all programs.
• Supervise scope management and financial tracking to guarantee that programs are delivered punctually and within budget.
• Assist the Account Director in identifying account opportunities, while also proactively highlighting risks, suggesting solutions, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
• Anticipate potential risks and devise proactive solutions to maintain project momentum and bolster client confidence.
• Serve as a daily leader for junior team members by sharing best practices, offering guidance, and enhancing team performance across all programs.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, pitch support, and organic account growth.
• 5–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, client services, brand marketing, or project management.
• Proven success in managing complex client relationships, multi-million-dollar budgets, and multiple concurrent experiential programs.
• Established ability to maintain client relationships and lead intricate, multi-workstream projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong background in financial and scope management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
