This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of partner-driven growth and expansion for new logos within designated partner-managed accounts.
• Generate, qualify, advance, and oversee the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement joint growth strategies in collaboration with Service Providers.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and empower new Service Providers.
• Facilitate business reviews, account planning, and discussions on partner performance.
• Enhance partner-led opportunities by validating technical aspects, aligning pricing, positioning solutions, and articulating value.
• Coordinate internal resources to sustain deal momentum and increase closing rates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage triage, routing, escalation, and ensure cross-functional follow-through on partner issues impacting revenue.
• Keep Salesforce records up to date regarding opportunities, partner activities, account plans, contacts, timelines, and next steps.
• Provide updates on pipeline status, expansion efforts, and partner productivity metrics.
• Gather and relay partner feedback on competitive positioning, objections, product gaps, implementation challenges, and support requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner development, account growth, or enterprise sales within a partner-led framework.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, joint selling, business reviews, onboarding, and industry events within the assigned region.
• Preference for candidates with experience in or selling to the MDU, property management, proptech, or related real estate technology sectors.
• Capability to influence outcomes without direct authority among partners and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with Service Provider leadership, stakeholders from ownership groups, and decision-makers in customer organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and manage partner productivity effectively.
• Proficient in Salesforce and commonly used sales productivity tools.
• Ability to balance ownership of revenue growth with structured partner support coordination in a fast-paced environment.
