This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in and lead significant, intricate deals from inception to completion.
• Navigate through complicated company procurement procedures.
• Formulate account strategies and synchronize selling initiatives with channel partners.
• Oversee various customer opportunities and partnerships while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Establish precise forecasting and maintain an operational rhythm with management.
• Foster a high level of customer satisfaction that is referenceable across accounts.
• Showcase Tulip technology to end users effectively.
• Articulate trends in SaaS, PaaS, IoT, and cloud solutions fluently.
• Cultivate champions and stakeholder engagement, closing deals at the VP/C-level.
• Collaborate with the Customer Team, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel Partners, Operations, Finance, and other internal and external resources.
• Over 8 years of experience selling to Life Science accounts at senior management levels; expertise in manufacturing and/or lab solutions for the life sciences sector is essential.
• Recent experience managing a varied pipeline across multiple life sciences customer types while consistently achieving over 100% of quota.
• Proven capability to navigate and progress deals through complex organizations, prospect and penetrate new accounts, and collaborate with channel partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in value-based selling, MEDDPICC methodologies, and closing substantial enterprise deals.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, with a track record of organizing and reporting on sales productivity.
• Strong preference for experience in SaaS/PaaS, manufacturing software, R&D, clinical manufacturing, and/or lab software.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance daily operations.
• Experience managing large strategic life sciences customer accounts.
• Background in presenting to high-level executives and frontline manufacturing personnel.
• Proven experience navigating intricate sales processes within life sciences companies.
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, GxP, eBR, eDHR, LIMS, and LES systems.
• Ability to engage with complex procurement processes and multiple stakeholders effectively.
