Senior Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation, management, and strategic direction of market access initiatives and client accounts

• Establish both short-term and long-term strategies to achieve market access goals

• Act as the primary daily contact for clients

• Oversee account planning, project management, budgeting, team collaboration, and communication

• Foster and enhance client relationships while proposing new business opportunities

• Create contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic plans

• Contribute to product strategy and communication initiatives

• Lead projects from the planning stage to completion

• Assign tasks to junior account team members and provide necessary guidance

• Build relationships with client stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Compliance

• Manage projects involving external vendors and internal departments

• Ensure that projects adhere to deadlines, budgets, and client expectations

• Assist in the professional development of junior team members

• Keep track of clients' businesses, market trends, and the healthcare landscape

• Engage in business development and client pitch presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising, or a related field

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic agency environment

• Proven experience and success in leading cross-functional agency teams

• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Occasional travel may be necessary
