This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tactics for the Enterprise Business Unit.
• Act as the primary liaison between Enterprise Marketing and Revenue leadership.
• Enable collaboration across various functions with account teams to boost engagement and meet pipeline objectives.
• Formulate programming strategies aimed at generating new pipeline, fostering expansion growth, accelerating progress, and enhancing retention.
• Explore new industries for potential expansion.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to pinpoint high-value targets and devise growth strategies.
• Work alongside the Demand Generation team to synchronize ABM initiatives with the global demand generation strategy.
• Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and targets for ideal customer profiles.
• Monitor performance and return on investment (ROI) to enhance campaigns and ensure budget efficiency.
• Test, analyze, and refine campaigns using a data-driven methodology.
• Manage dashboards for campaign reporting.
• Lead the creation and execution of campaigns aimed at enterprise accounts.
• Generate qualified leads for sales and enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with enterprise marketing and sales enablement on the cross-functional programming strategy.
• A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience focused on Account-Based Marketing.
• A proven history of developing and executing effective ABM campaigns that yield measurable results.
• Capability to facilitate account planning sessions involving Sales, agencies, and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience in articulating marketing strategies and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in advocating for data-driven decision-making at the highest business levels.
• Demonstrated success in implementing strategic account, vertical, and/or ABM marketing programs.
• Comprehensive digital marketing skills, including paid media, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media.
• Skills in event and content marketing.
• Awareness of current trends in Cloud, SaaS, and Generative AI.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), 6sense, and Mutiny.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment while working within a lean, collaborative team.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $135,000 annually.
