Self-Employed Attorney – Insurance Law, Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Manage legal mandates autonomously both in and out of court.

• Concentrate mainly on insurance law and/or employment law.

• Prepare legal pleadings and provide legal opinions.

• Engage in communication with clients, insurers, authorities, and opposing counsel.

• Participate in court hearings.

• Assume independent responsibility for assigned cases.

• Must be licensed to practice law as an attorney.

• Professional experience in insurance law or employment law is advantageous but not mandatory.
