Security Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee all contracted security operations and personnel support.

• Supervise, and when needed, execute Electronic Security System (ESS) operations, access control, contingency response, and associated security tasks.

• Review security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify patterns, suggest enhancements, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Create and implement training programs, carry out operational drills, and lead contingency response initiatives.

• Guarantee compliance with Government security protocols, reporting obligations, alarm records, and documentation for intrusion detection.

• Represent the contractor in matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operations.

• At least two (2) years of management experience.

• Proven expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS).

• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection documentation.

• Must hold and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the duration of the contract.

• The schedule is based on a 50-hour work week and may change for exercise and contingency support.
