VP, Security – AI Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant, strategic thought leader, and public-facing advocate.

• Foster technical and executive relationships with customers, partners, industry analysts, media, and the wider AI and cybersecurity communities.

• Assist in executive and technical interactions with potential clients and members of AI and security sectors.

• Engage in executive and technical discussions with customers and partners.

• Create thought leadership materials.

• Take part in speaking engagements.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand teams.

• Engage with media outlets.

• Support or author technical whitepapers and blogs.

• Conduct market research and gain insight into compliance matters.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity Product and R&D teams.

• Offer consultations on security and AI strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of current experience and expertise in Data Science, Threat Research, Security, Machine Learning, and/or AI.

• Hands-on experience with various types of ML algorithms, their strengths, limitations, and the effects of implementing models in a real-world environment.

• Experience working with or for enterprise-level organizations.

• Background in Security Operations.

• Proficiency in security strategy development.

• Experience in executive leadership roles.

• Proven speaking experience, with recordings available if feasible.

• Experience in technical writing, with samples if available.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a STEM field.

• Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.
