Security Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of programs by creating detailed program plans, offering operational support through tools and processes, and evaluating outcomes across the Security domain.

• Collaborate with leadership and connect cross-functional teams to convert strategic goals into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that effectively promote Security objectives.

• Monitor project performance, manage risks, provide progress reports, and deliver focused administrative support to ensure the success of high-priority initiatives.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders by showcasing executive presence, delivering proactive support, and encouraging a culture of collaboration and trust among team members.

• Create, assess, and present executive-level deliverables while consistently innovating and enhancing operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• A preference for 3 years of leadership or management experience.
