Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Safeguard our product, users, and collaborators within a rapidly expanding AI dating platform.

• Conduct weekly code assessments to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.

• Monitor, prioritize, and drive the resolution of security vulnerabilities throughout the stack.

• Organize external security audits and penetration tests, and ensure follow-up on findings.

• Maintain and update our risk register, mapping all company services and prioritizing exposure.

• Assist with audit follow-up and keep Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) documentation current.

• Inform the team about emerging threats, document findings, and disseminate security updates across the company.

• Execute phishing simulations and conduct security training.

• Oversee the monitoring of security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage.

• Configure and secure new employee devices (MDM), manage access provisioning and deprovisioning.

• Stay informed about new attack techniques targeting generative AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in application security, including code review and vulnerability management.

• Experience in coordinating or performing penetration tests and security audits.

• Proficient in shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.

• Skills in scripting and automation.

• Bonus: awareness of AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial testing) — curiosity is valued more than direct experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Action-oriented mindset - capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategy.

• Comfortable in an environment where products utilize uncensored models and content.
