This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Familiarize yourself with the existing security program.
• Assess current SOPs, templates, SharePoint, and contract documentation.
• Identify key organizational priorities and process deficiencies.
• Document institutional knowledge along with historical practices.
• Revise security program SOPs as needed.
• Organize the Security SharePoint site effectively.
• Standardize folder structures, templates, and checklists for consistency.
• Organize documentation specific to contracts regarding security.
• Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer and process documentation.
• Finalize workflow documentation and process maps.
• Create the AO Security Program Playbook and FSO Toolkit.
• Review documentation for inspection and audit readiness.
• Assess the effectiveness of part-time support engagement and determine future security program support requirements.
• Evaluate the necessity for government security system access, including DISS, NISS, NBIS, SWFT, and Fieldprint, in case operational responsibilities increase.
• Determine long-term staffing requirements and whether to continue with part-time support or pursue an alternative staffing strategy.
• Previous experience in a security administration position within a cleared facility or a comparable government security background.
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DCSA processes, and DISS.
• High attention to detail and the ability to uphold strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
