Security Architect II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Address platform and carrier issues promptly as they arise.

• Maintain the stability of Akamai's DDoS attack mitigation platform.

• Conduct analysis of customer traffic, applications, and systems to customize security solutions.

• Fulfill customers' security requirements effectively.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, develop technical solutions, and assist with implementation.

• Aid customers in diagnosing and resolving network and connectivity issues.

• Keep customers informed about challenges, mitigation updates, and analysis findings.

• Utilize mitigation strategies to avert vector attacks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Internet technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers.

• Experience in a customer-facing capacity.

• Knowledge of the consulting process.

• A proactive attitude, urgency, and a continuous eagerness to learn.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Capability to convey complex technical information in English.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
