Seasonal Stationery Order Resolution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage interactions through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Address unique customer issues, inquiries about custom products, and challenges related to fulfillment.

• Utilize internal knowledge bases to respond to customer inquiries.

• Verify order details, custom design files, inventory tools, and adapt orders as necessary.

• Record customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Detect operational errors and identify friction points within the platform.

• Provide insights to Customer Service leadership.

• Ensure quality of interactions, maintain availability, manage time effectively, and communicate proactively.

• Collaborate with the Team Supervisor during one-on-one meetings and on-camera video huddles.

• Work within a small customer service pod and partner with senior leaders across functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

• Experience working with high-end clientele and taking ownership of customer issues.

• Background in managing inbound contact volume and contact queues.

• Familiarity with design-related tasks and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.

• Capability to switch contexts between different browser tabs and platforms seamlessly.

• Experience with omni-channel CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Zendesk.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies.

• Willingness to work a set schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

• Comfortable navigating CRM systems, order databases, artist design files, and knowledge bases simultaneously.

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
