Senior Creative Designer – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance brand-aligned visual concepts for digital marketing materials, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces.

• Craft modern and engaging designs utilizing Figma.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to transform creative briefs into compelling visual assets and user experiences.

• Investigate design trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative perspectives into creative work.

• Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Actively participate in feedback sessions and modify designs based on input from stakeholders.

• Create assets that support digital marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and web experiences.

• Clearly present design concepts and their rationale to clients and internal teams.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a related role.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand-focused work across digital, print, social media, and web platforms.

• Established proficiency in Figma.

• Excellent conceptualization and ideation skills, with experience in contemporary web design.

• Comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other essential design principles.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient English communication skills at a B2 level or higher.

• Ability to articulate design rationale and engage professionally with clients and team members.

• A strong interest in design innovation, emerging technologies, and ongoing learning.
