Seasonal Licensed Insurance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling both incoming and outgoing communications.

• Effectively address inquiries to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to respond to their questions and concerns.

• Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.

• Record all call-related information for auditing and reporting needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Life & Health Insurance License for your home state.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess a general understanding of Windows-based environments.

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
