📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls

• Comprehend customer needs and provide information on appropriate insurance products and services

• Foster customer interest and assess leads

• Deliver impactful product presentations and articulate policy advantages

• Follow up with potential customers and ensure ongoing communication

• Arrange or facilitate discussions with the appropriate sales team

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet established performance, sales, and lead-conversion goals

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience

• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in both Hindi and English

• Previous experience in Telesales, Insurance, or BFSI is a plus

• Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound customer calls

• Strong sales skills coupled with effective customer engagement

• Able to thrive in a Work From Home setting

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
