Seasonal Intake Women's Health Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate video and audio onboarding sessions with members as they embark on their journey.

• Provide a warm and customized introduction to the program.

• Gather and synthesize member information to ensure a seamless transition to the treatment Physical Therapist.

• Prepare transfer notes and collaborate with Physical Therapists to maintain continuity of care.

• Assist members in overcoming initial hurdles and foster readiness to commence treatment.

• Participate in team initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Collaborate with Intake Leads and Clinical Operations leadership to enhance and expand digital care delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Must hold a valid license as a physical therapist.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in pelvic health.

• Completion of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 1 (PH1) through APTA, Pelvic Floor Level 1 (PF1) through Herman & Wallace, or Pelvic Health I through Evidence in Motion.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage members effectively.

• Highly proficient with technology and capable of navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a hands-off approach.

• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing processes.

• Capacity to thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule of 10–24 hours per week.

• Availability to provide a schedule for the upcoming month at least 30 days in advance.

• Must demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency.
