Seasonal Associate, Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the swift development of prototypes utilizing AI tools and frameworks.

• Create lightweight front-end and back-end solutions to facilitate stakeholder engagement with prototypes.

• Implement responsible usage of LLMs, including prompt design and grounding patterns based on authoritative client data.

• Work alongside senior engineers and technology partners to integrate, test, and showcase functionalities within actual workflows.

• Produce outcomes that have measurable impact.

• May present findings or deliverables to leadership prior to the conclusion of the internship.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 30 completed college credit hours in computer science or a related field by the start date.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must be authorized to work within the U.S.; all work must be conducted in the U.S.

• Demonstrated interest, knowledge, or preliminary experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM tools, such as prompt frameworks, vector databases, modern LLM APIs, or MCP.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen interest in data and systems thinking.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world problems.
