Search Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of search experience strategies and workflows for assigned clients from start to finish.

• Implement SEO, GEO/AEO, and content strategies along with deliverables to meet client objectives.

• Enhance content and perform keyword research effectively.

• Delegate deliverables to support resources and assess returned work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports linking organic search initiatives to client goals and KPI performance.

• Update and maintain internal and external tracking documents, ensuring deliverable statuses and QA notes are visible in Asana/nova.

• Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions.

• Maintain proactive communication with account teams and clients.

• Assist in the search testing roadmap and document the outcomes of tests.

• Develop expertise in clients’ industry verticals and customize strategies to align with their growth trends.

• Utilize Nova, Claude, Asana, Slack, novaPulse, and Google Drive to manage workflows and support execution.

• Ensure all assigned deliverables and launches are completed punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• Prior experience in an organic search role, which may include internships or related experience.

• Basic to foundational knowledge of SEO and GEO, covering on-page, technical, and off-page search.

• Capability to link search strategies with business objectives.

• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound, and Screaming Frog.

• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and organization.

• Ability to handle multiple deliverables across various client accounts.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for internal and client-facing situations.

• Comfort in using Claude or similar AI tools within daily workflows, or a strong desire to quickly gain proficiency.

• A proactive, fast-learning, solutions-oriented team player mindset.
