SE Partner Solutions Manager, Bilingual English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical pre-sales knowledge and software architecture assistance to the Schneider Electric sales teams.

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for clients, developing and implementing software architectures utilizing AVEVA solutions.

• Assess customer technical needs and limitations, proposing solutions that enhance AVEVA adoption.

• Develop solution architectures, unique value propositions, demonstrations, and customer presentations.

• Act as the primary support for Schneider Electric sales teams and ecosystem partners.

• Assist customers with intricate software challenges involving AVEVA solutions.

• Conduct design audits, architecture evaluations, technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and roadmap discussions.

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot projects, and industrial testbeds.

• Engage with executive stakeholders on automation strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise implementation plans.

• Design and construct scalable AVEVA solution architectures while performing technical validation reviews.

• Produce technical documentation, playbooks, design guides, white papers, case studies, and best-practice resources.

• Facilitate training activities and provide onsite training as necessary.

• Represent AVEVA at industry events, conferences, and software groups.

• Create webinars, blog articles, and product demonstrations.

• Establish and maintain a demonstration area in the designated country/region.

• Customize technical demonstrations and storytelling to fit customer use cases.

• Design, implement, and test AVEVA solutions integrated with Schneider Electric architectures.

• Support clients and system integrators in executing successful projects.

• Document processes and modifications, creating use cases and success stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT programming, or code development.

• Background as an Embedded Software Engineer, preferably with a solid IT focus.

• Well-informed on IIOT and the convergence of IT and OT.

• Familiarity with AVEVA solutions, Ops control, PI system, engineering, and MES + CONNECT.

• Profound expertise in SCADA/DCS and industrial software.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale software solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities with both technical and business audiences.

• 4–6 years of experience in industrial software solutions.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Willingness to travel around 30–50% of the time.

• Successful completion of drug screening and a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

• Proof of work authorization may be required.
