Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices and the Scrum framework.

• Eliminate barriers that impede the team's progress.

• Cultivate a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog prioritization.

• Monitor and report on team performance and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to mediate conflicts and promote team collaboration.

• Proficient in English.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a comparable certification is preferred.
