This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee clinical trial operations, supporting teams and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes across clinical programs.
• Foster meaningful and collaborative scientific discussions through various engagement activities.
• Administer the operations of the client's Investigator Studies Program.
• Supervise Congress Operations activities related to the therapeutic area.
• Project manage and/or assist with investigator-initiated studies, scientific congresses, and Research & Development Congress support.
• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of the Therapeutic Area Scientific and Medical Affairs Strategic Plan.
• Ensure oversight of activities that influence the global scientific strategy.
• Co-lead with the ISP Chair and assist the ISP committee in reviewing, making decisions, and managing operations for research proposals.
• Provide oversight of Therapeutic Area Company ISP operations to guarantee compliant and efficient management of investigator research.
• Aid in the logistical and strategic planning of R&D activities at scientific congresses, including daily debriefs and engagements with scientific leaders.
• Co-lead with the EDSA and act as planning manager for scientific engagements in the disease area.
• Develop and revise the scientific leadership strategy.
• Travel to scientific congresses approximately six times a year.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related scientific research operations, either internal or external.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Capability to coordinate across various divisions.
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in research databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably located in the Pennsylvania region.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
• Experience in congress management is preferred.
• Previous involvement in supporting scientific engagement activities and stakeholder coordination within Medical Affairs or Scientific Affairs organizations is preferred.
