This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, develop, and manage scientific content for designated accounts across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology, tailored to different target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Group Scientific Director to deliver strategic medical communication recommendations that align with brand objectives.
• Take the lead in executing content development initiatives independently.
• Oversee the work of Associate Scientific Directors.
• Coordinate with both in-house and freelance personnel to manage writing and other content-related responsibilities.
• Perform background research, verify data, and annotate references.
• A master's degree or higher in a scientific discipline is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in creating promotional medical education materials such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide presentations.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze and interpret scientific data effectively.
• Proficient in multitasking and working autonomously.
• Competence in managing projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial standards, such as AMA style.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines is essential.
• Experience in oncology is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in solid tumors, particularly lung cancers.
